2.3 Users acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. clybet does not represent that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Access from a Prohibited Territory is forbidden, and any Account found to have been operated from a Prohibited Territory may be closed and funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.4 The Platform is not available to employees, directors, officers, or agents of clybet or any affiliated entity, nor to members of their immediate families.
3.1 Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of duplicate, linked, or affiliated Accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of Funds held therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. You are required to update your Account information promptly whenever any details change.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. clybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.4 You must notify clybet immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach relating to your credentials.
3.5 clybet reserves the right to enable mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) on any Account as an additional security measure at its discretion.

4.1 clybet accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank PBe. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider. clybet is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or your financial institution.

4.5 All funds deposited into your clybet Account are held in a segregated player fund account, separate from clybet's operational funds. This segregation is maintained in accordance with our obligations under the applicable international gaming authority framework.
4.6 Withdrawals of Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money deposits are not subject to withdrawal restrictions beyond standard verification requirements.
5.1 All bets placed on the clybet Sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, clybet's interpretation of the applicable rules shall prevail.
5.2 clybet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction. You will be notified of any voided bets and the staked amount will be returned to your Account.
5.3 Winnings from cancelled or postponed events are subject to the relevant sport-specific rules. Generally, a match postponed for more than 48 hours from its scheduled kick-off will be treated as void for single bets and removed as a selection from multiples.
5.4 All clybet Casino games, including live dealer games and RNG slots, are certified for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

6.2 Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, converted to cash without satisfying wagering requirements, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
6.3 clybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a User has satisfied wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus balance will be removed from the Account and the real-money balance will remain unaffected.
6.4 Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing lay bets to hedge bonus positions, or coordinating with other Users — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account closure.

9.3 clybet's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.
10.1 clybet reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if clybet has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable Bonus balances and amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the User via the registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.
10.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting clybet via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which clybet holds its operating licence. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to confer any rights on Malaysian courts as a matter of agreement between the parties.
